For airport transfers, send the flight number and scheduled arrival or departure time. For cruise-port services, send the ship name, docking date and preferred pickup time so the meeting point and journey can be planned correctly.
Payment options
Pay in advance by secure payment link or bank transfer, by prior arrangement, or pay your driver on the day by card or cash in euros. Travel agencies and tour operators can arrange payment on behalf of their clients. Prices and payments are in euros (EUR).
Cancellation policy
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the service. For cancellations within 48 hours, the full booking amount is due. If your cruise ship does not dock at the port where your service is booked, no charge applies.
